I sent them the questions I had after reading their interview and here is what their support manager wrote in reply to my questions:

Q : In the interview you have mentioned that you plan to resume accepting e-bullion in the near future, if I understood you right. Could you give me an estimate of when you plan to start working with it as I would like to deposit some funds with you via e-bullion?
CS : We plan to add e-bullion within 4 weeks from now.

Q : Do you plan to start accepting wire transfers? Or at least make it one of the withdrawal methods?
CS : We will definitely add wire transfers as one of the withdrawal methods in the future. It is already available as a withdrawal method for our VIP customers. As for bank wire as a deposit method, it is not available now, but we are also working on it.

Q : In the interview, you have not mentioned anything about a forum for your members and site visitors, but I think I read in one of your newsletters that you plan to open a forum. When do you plan to do this?
CS : Our official forum will be opened as soon as possible. We are currently ironing out the bugs in the forum software available on the market.

They are not as professional as they at first appear. What happened to the wire transfer option and the forum? How long could it really take them to finish “ironing out the bugs in the forum software available on the market”?
