I’m in the middle of launching a new site with some people, and I was curious what you all think of our business model.
Everyone is familiar with the infamous Million Dollar Homepage (sell 1,000,000 pixels for $1 each, make a million bucks). In the past few months, thousands of people have tried to recreate the success of the original, but none have come close.
In our program, we are starting off with one grid, and it costs $1 for one 10×10 box. For every $1 you spend, you’ll get paid $25. So if you buy $100 (100 boxes), you’ll get paid $2500.
This is an excerpt from our “How Does it Work” section:
1. You purchase as many blocks on Grid 1 (the grid you see on www.*******.net). Blocks are $1. Let’s say you buy 50 blocks–that’s $50 bucks.
2. Once Grid 1 is 75% full, Grid 2 will be opened (the “real grid”) on another brand new domain. Grid 2 will be the grid that sells for $1 a pixel (the $1,000,000 grid).
3. Grid 1 will eventually become full and be closed.
4. With potentially thousands of people who bought “shares” of Pixels on Grid 1, Grid 2 will have potentially thousands of people marketing it. It will overtake Adwords, search engines, links sites–and with any luck, will have the spotlight shined on it by media and technology publications. Advertisers will learn that OUR program is the place to be, and Grid 2 will eventually fill in, and ultimately, be completed. The more our members do to promote Grid 2, the faster they will get paid.
5. Once Grid 2 is 100% full, you will be issued 25 times the amount you purchased on Grid 1. In this example, you purchased $50, so you would make $1,250! Your earnings will be issued to you via e-Gold, PayPal or by a corporate check depending on the amount and your preference.
