Sunshine agents call it as MLM plan. This is Pyramid scam because money paid is not exchanged against any product or service. However legally you cann’t sue them because when you sign up they give you shares of the company making you partner in their business, so on paper its not MLM scheme that you join. You are partner, if they make money you make, if they loose you loose.

Most of the pyramid schemes go bust quite soon because they promise to double or triple the amount in very short time, usually less than 1 year. Some people in the beginning get it and then they invest more and pull their friends/relatives…when too many people have invested then original investor run away with money and close the shop.

Sunshine offers 10% of investment amount every month so first year return is 120% of original amount. This is some kind of delayed pyramid scheme which will take some time to go bust. They also invest their money in lucrative businesses like finance, properties, infocomm etc. So able to get good returns because of booming market in these areas. Good returns delays bust time even more. Some mlm expert has said “There aren’t enough people in world to sustain pyramid schemes for ever”, the day they won’t have new people joining in or when current lucrative business is no more lucrative then sun will set for Sunshine.

My conclusion about SunShine is - it will shine as long as sky is clear, when night falls or when it rains during day you will loose everything invested.

I didn’t invest anything, however I do feel it will take at least 2 to 3 years more before it goes bust. Its tempting to make some quick money but my ethics and principles always dump the temptation My suggestion stay away from it.

Scam or real, you will find out in 30 months since the Malacca project should be completed by then as James Phang claimed.

Have you not learnt enough from the Nigeria scam, the China Phone call scam, and the recent S$2.4M scam?

ho in the world can promise 10% gurantee return? Ask the greatest Investor of all time, Warren Buffet, I don’t think he can gurantee that.

The so call taiwan Wireless project is it real? Other than SunShine Empire owns press release, there ae no official report, can someone show me one haha!

I am happy for those who posted their returns (cheque payment). I hope they have gotten back the prncipal amt they have invested. if not, your risk are still there, right?
